Hi, I’m Clementine Grandou

I work with schools to design practical, flexible digital learning that supports both teachers and students. My work is grounded in real school contexts, with a focus on clarity, sustainability, and learning that actually works day to day.

My Background

I am an experienced educator with a strong foundation in curriculum design, assessment, and digital learning delivery. I have worked across international school contexts, supporting IB programmes and high-performing student cohorts where flexibility, clarity, and consistency are essential.

My work sits at the intersection of pedagogy, curriculum, and technology, ensuring learning design supports both academic rigour and the realities of school life.

What Makes me Different

What sets my work apart is a deep understanding of how schools actually operate. I design solutions that respect teacher workload, student wellbeing, and existing systems rather than adding complexity.

I work closely with schools to:

  • design clear, student-centred learning structures

  • support flexible and asynchronous learning models

  • improve consistency across subjects and year levels

  • make better use of existing platforms and tools

Who I Work With

I primarily work with international and IB schools seeking to strengthen their digital learning approach, particularly those supporting mobile, high-performance, or internationally diverse student populations.

My Approach

I take a collaborative, transparent approach, working alongside leadership and teaching teams to co-design solutions that fit their context. My goal is not to impose a system, but to help schools build learning experiences they can confidently sustain.
